During an appearance at GalaxyCon, Rosario Dawson revealed that she filmed a scene for Spider-Man: Brand New Day. However, the sequence was ultimately removed before the movie’s release.
Speaking to fans, Dawson said:
“I even shot a scene in the new Spider-Man movie, but I got cut out.”
Dawson is best known for playing Claire Temple throughout Marvel’s Netflix-era Defenders Saga. Across 32 episodes, she became one of the franchise’s most recognizable supporting characters by connecting multiple street-level heroes.
Claire Temple first appeared in Daredevil before returning in Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Defenders, and Jessica Jones.
