Arnold Schwarzenegger has officially been confirmed to reprise his role as Conan, marking his return to the character more than four decades after starring in Conan the Barbarian (1982) and Conan the Destroyer (1984).
At the moment, Schwarzenegger is the only officially confirmed cast member attached to the project.
Schwarzenegger’s return has been one of the most requested legacy sequels among fantasy movie fans for years. Look at the movie by Clint Eastwood, Unforgiven. It will be a lot like that, but it will be with extraordinary battles.”

Which Original Characters Could Return?
Besides Schwarzenegger, no additional casting has been officially confirmed.
However, reports suggest that Olivia d’Abo could potentially return as Queen Jehnna. Likewise, Grace Jones, who played Zula, and Tracey Walter, who portrayed Malak, have also been mentioned as possible cameo appearances.
Despite those reports, none of these actors have officially joined the project.
Meanwhile, Mako, who portrayed Akiro the Wizard in the original films, passed away in 2006. As a result, his return is unfortunately impossible, even though the character survived the events of Conan the Destroyer.
